Philly Craft Beer Festival - Dates & Breweries

The Philadelphia Craft Beer Festival dates has been chosen and the preliminary list of breweries are in place. This was a great event last year and named one of the top 10 beer festivals in the US.

The event will be held March 7 2009 with two sessions (12:30 and 6PM) at 5100 S Broad St (on the cruise terminal pier). Breweries so far include: Gritty McDuff's, Lakefront, Atomium, Paper City, Bulder Beer, Ballast Point, General Lafayette, Saint Somewhere, Sprecher, Ace Cider, Original Sin, Beer Valley, Coronado, Hoppy Brewing Co, Brunehaut, De Proef, Southampton, Blue Point, Asahi, Rock Art, Stone, Anchor Brewing, The Duck-rabbit, Stoudts...and watch for many, many more to be added later. Last year featured 83 different breweries so this list WILL grow.

Mark your calendars!
PS Don't forget that this festival is part of the larger 2nd annual Philly Beer Week...a week filled with great food & beer-related events...

  1. Please also note that this is part of the 2nd annual Philly Beer Week. I'm considering renting a room in the city and participating in a few events this year. Every beer lover should think about attending some of the events!
