Das Bier Macher - Automated Homebrewing From The Lehigh Valley

Lehigh Valley native Christian Birch is launching what he is calling the “keurig” of home brewing and it’s called Das Bier Macher.  Details are here.  From Das Bier Macher:

The vessel is crucial: it's where your beer is. Because brewing beer involves a short active phase followed by a long passive phase, the Das Bier Macher performs the passive phase in a separate vessel so that you can install a second vessel into the brewer for a continuous supply of home-brewed beer.

The vessel holds your beer and tells you about it. It wirelessly links to our website so you can check on it's temperature, carbonation level, and more.

This is where the magic happens. The brewer contains robotics that automate the boring, fussy parts of brewing beer. It can monitor and maintain a temperature, agitate your mash, and do sooo much more.

The brewer is functional yet stylish with modern, stainless steel construction. It's at home in the kitchen or dining room and doesn't need to be relegated to the basement or "man cave." Just put it anywhere with WiFi connectivity.

Das Bier Macher brings your beer into the 21st century. All of our vessels and brewers use your home Internet connection to link into our always-accesible website where you can — if you're into the details — track temperature, volume brewed, and when your beer will be ready.

Our cloud is also a giant cookbook, with every ingredient set in our store linked with a precise recipe. When you load your ingredient set into the brewer, it looks up the precise brewing parameters from our cloud to ensure that your beer comes out flawlessly every time.
